Proposal for implementation

To look future of libraries we need to get along with the new technologies: blogs, wikis, myspace, etc., anything that helps to develope strong connection between libraries and their users, patrons. My vision of future-libraries includes cognitive, social, etc., aspects. Cognitive--libraries as the Temple of Knowledge, Information & People University. Social aspect--as educational & cultural centers to educate and enrich people. These two aspects are basic criteria for the libraries as a part of American society.
